My name is Gwen, and I’m an AV professional with over 15 years of experience in the audiovisual industry—a career I’m deeply passionate about. From a young age, I was fascinated by technology and its power to enhance communication. Whether it was setting up a stereo system in my room or helping a friend connect a new game console, I loved figuring out how different components worked together to create a seamless experience. That curiosity led me to study AV installation and integration in college. I gained a strong foundation in signal pathways, core components, equipment mounting, and troubleshooting.
